| Abstract: | The relation between the monopoly of the Intellectual Property Right(IPR)and the economic competition is both unification and contradiction.The abuse of IPR in the economic globalization holds back free trade and economic cooperation and causes IPR disputes among Chinese and foreign enterprises.Thus we should learn from the foreign legis-lations and practices in the anti-monopoly of the IPR,probe the formation and prevention of the abuse of IPR,and learn to protect ourselves by making use of the international rules. |
