| Abstract: | The attempt of this paper is to investigate the main characteristics of the American language policy. It is one important part of the project A study on the Strategy of Spreading Chinese Language in United States of America. This paper firstly explains the concept of language policy and then introduces the two main characteristics of the American language policy. |
