| 摘 要： | 论文就法庭口译如何真正为中国法庭所用做了初步探讨。法庭口译研究在中国尚处在起步阶段，很多问题已经得到初步探讨，例如：中国内地法庭口译与香港法庭口译的差距、中国与英美国家法庭口译的差距、法庭口译人才的培养、我国法庭口译面临的危机与挑战。但是少有研究针是对目前中国法庭实际情况的。很多研究对中国法庭口译的实际问题、中国法庭的独特性较少提及。因此，论文针对前人的研究做了归纳和总结，将国内目前已有的法庭口译研究进行了分类，指出了在法庭口译理论研究方面出现的具体问题，并对以后法庭口译研究的侧重点提出了建议，希望能够努力促进中国的法庭口译研究真正为中国的法庭口译实践所用。 |
