| Abstract: | Strengthening Life Education must be applied without delay in the classrooms of High Vocational Education(HVE)and there are some unique advantages in the P.E.class.The Effective ways and strategies for Life Education in P.E.teaching are as follows: On one hand,cognitive education on life should be carried out in the theoretical courses to guide the students to understand life and arouse their life consciousness.On the other hand,the survival skills should be trained by physical teaching outside of the classroom to improve the student’s capacity of emergency handling.Combined with various activities,Life Education should be put forward among the students to cultivate the positive emotions towards life so as to improve their quality of life. |
