摘    要:以实施"卓越计划"为突破口,通过对传统生产实习教学模式的研究与探讨,在实习基地选择与建设、教学手段与教学模式等方面进行全面、大胆的改革探索,建立项目化实习、学生自主学习与自我管理、教师引导与督查以及创造和谐的教育实习环境等专业生产实习新模式。教学实践表明,这种阶段性专业生产实习模式具有质量高、效果好等优点,对促进我国工程教育改革与创新,全面提高我国工程教育人才培养质量具有极其重要的意义,符合当前国家人才培养改革的发展趋势。

Abstract:The paper is about the tentative application of "Outstanding Program" by means of studying and probing into traditional production-practice teaching model,making comprehensive and bold innovation and exploration on selection and construction of practice base,teaching methods and teaching models,and finally establishing a new model of professional production-practice,including project-based practice,students’ self-studying and self-management,teachers’ guidance and supervision as well as creating harmonious teaching and practicing environment.The teaching experiment proves this professional production-practice model has advantages of high quality and good result,is of great significance in facilitating reform and innovation of national engineering education and comprehensively improving quality of engineering education talent training,and is in accordance with development tendency of national talent training reform.
