| 摘 要： | 微生物学是生物技术专业的一门专业基础课,根据生物技术专业的培养目标,从教学内容、教学方式及考核方式等方面对微生物学课程进行实践教学的一些探索,包括:优化整合教学内容,引入学科新热点;将理论教学融入实践,培养学生科研创新能力;改革考核方式,全面考查学生对知识的活学活用能力。

| Abstract: | Microbiology is a special basic course for biotechnology specialty,according to the cultivation objectives of biotechnology specialty,the teaching contents,teaching methods and testing forms of the course of Microbiology have been reformed.The reformation includes optimizing and integrating the teaching contents,introducing new hot spot of the course,and incorporating theory teaching into practice,which can cultivate student’s ability of research innovation.The testing forms were also reformed to comprehensively evaluate the student’s ability of creatively study and apply the knowledge. |
