| Abstract: | According to the successiful experience and methods of production management and optimization of modern enterprise,we researched developing 5S activities to optimize laboratory basic management and at the same time proposed some concrete measures and suggestions about the locale management and optimization of laboratory by analyzing the some details of the management process of laboratory. |
