| Abstract: | The paper expatiates on the basic elements included in teachers' educational technology accomplishments and the structural relationship between them. Using "The Basic Standards of Teachers' Educational Technology" in American National Educational Technology Standards (NETS), the paper comes to the conclusion that the educational technology accomplishments in the information society should be regarded as the essential condition of teacher qualification recognition. |
