平面连杆机构基本特性的教学解析

摘    要:根据课堂实际,用简洁直观的语言总结整转副和曲柄存在条件,并以偏置曲柄滑块机构为例,列表格直观地分析急回特性且做了相关解析和探讨。同时针对学生提出的问题,用数学解析方法加以证明。指出:在偏置曲柄滑块机构中,当曲柄处于竖直位置时,取得最小传动角γmin。最后对死点位置进行归纳总结。

Abstract:According to the classroom practice,this paper concludes the existing condition of whole turn vice and crank with simple and intuitionistic language,and visually analyzes the quick-return characteristics with listing as slider-crank mechanism for example,meanwhile does some parsing and discussions.Mathematical analysis methods are used to solve students’ question.It points out that when the crank is in the upright position the offset slider-crank mechanism achieves the minimum transmission angle.Finally,it summarizes the location of dead point.
