| 摘 要： | 定向运动是参加者借助于地图和指北针,按照规定的顺序独立地完成寻找若干个标绘在地图上的地面检查点,并以最短的时间跑完全赛程的运动。在群众中推广定向运动,对增强人们的体质及开发智力具有重要的意义。
