| 摘 要： | 信息时代,信息资源管理人才队伍建设在高校信息化建设中起着重要作用,是信息化条件下高校建设创新发展的关键。分别从高校信息资源管理人才队伍建设现状、信息资源管理人才队伍建设总体思路、信息资源管理人才队伍建设基本途径等3个方面进行研究。
