摘    要:透过在新加坡访学期间对其教育文化的点滴见闻,以服务于学生为宗旨,以"关心在点滴"为标准,阐述高校"以学生为本,做人、做事、做学问"的育人理念,"教书育人、管理育人、服务育人"的"三育人"角色。

Abstract:According to the information of what the author has seen and heard at universities in Singapore as a visiting scholar, considering the undergraduate students-oriented service purpose and the service criteria of paying attention to detail, the university should have the characteristics of students-centered educational concept, relating to learning to be, learning to do and learning to learn. Especially, Three Aspects of Education, which means teaching education, management education and service education, is the intrinsical embodiment of university role.
