| Abstract: | According to the information of what the author has seen and heard at universities in Singapore as a visiting scholar, considering the undergraduate students-oriented service purpose and the service criteria of paying attention to detail, the university should have the characteristics of students-centered educational concept, relating to learning to be, learning to do and learning to learn. Especially, Three Aspects of Education, which means teaching education, management education and service education, is the intrinsical embodiment of university role. |
