| 摘 要： | 不断培养和选拔千百万社会主义事业接班人,始终是我们党的一项战略任务。江泽民同志就任党的总书记以来,对这个问题一直十分关注,发表了一系列重要讲话。他把培养和选拔接班人的重要性提高到应有的理论和政治高度,提出了新时期社会主义事业接班人必须具备的能力素质,解答了在新形势下党组织如何选准用好接班人、接班人怎样才能健康成长等重大理论和实践课题。

| Abstract: | It is always one of our party strategic tasks to develop and select millions of successors to the cause of socialism. Comrade Jiang Ze - min has been concentrating on this problem since he took up his post as the general secretary of our Party, and has made a serious of important speech on this problem. He hightened the importance of developing and selecting the successors of socialism from the point of theories and politics, put forward the essential ability which the successors should possess in the new periods, and solved the important theoretical and political questions to how our Party select and appoint the appropriate successors and how the successors grow to maturity healthily. |
