民族地区本土型旅游人才培养模式探索——以黔东南为例

摘    要:民族地区旅游人才短缺问题的实质在于现行培养模式下学生所学缺乏针对性和实用性,缺少地方旅游发展所需的专业知识和技能,造成旅游人才的“用不上”和“留不住”.文章指出,结合民族地区旅游发展需要设置专业,构建本土型旅游专业课程体系、教材体系和教学内容体系,改革教学手段与方法,强化以本土型技能和就业为导向的实践教学,加强本土型、“双师型”教师队伍的建设,探索本土型“产、学、研”结合模式,是培养本土型旅游人才的有效途径.
