摘    要:转型发展本科院校给思政本科应用型人才培养提出了更新更高的要求.思政本科应用型人才是人文性与应用性兼备的具有就业实力的专门人才,应具备完整的知识结构、能力结构和素质结构.凯里学院马克思主义学院对思政本科应用型人才培养进行了有益探索,试图理清培养思路,提出要通过加强人才培养课程体系与实践教学平台建设、构建科学规范的人才培养模式、建立健全有效的人才培养保障机制,使思政本科生树立专业自信,增强专业技能素质,真正成为适应地方经济社会发展需要的应用型人才.

Abstract:The newer and higher requirements to train the application - type undergraduate talents whomajor in ideological and political education have been put forward by the transitionally - developingcolleges. The application -type undergraduate talents who major in ideological and political educationis the specialized talents with employment strength , humanity and application. They should have com-plete knowledge structure, ability structure and quality structure. School of Marxism , Kaili Universityhas carried on beneficial exploration on training applied undergraduate talents who major in ideologicaland political education, attempting to clarify the training thinking. It puts forward to strengthening theconstruction of the training course system and the practice teaching platform, constructing scientific andstandard personnel training mode, establishing a sound and effective personnel training and protectionmechanism, making undergraduates who major in ideological and political education have professionalconfidence, enhance the quality of professional skills, become a real applied talents who can meet theneeds of local economic and social development.
