| 摘 要： | 自古以来，饮食就是百姓的第一要事。我国疆域辽阔，不同的地理环境与物质条件，使人们形成了不同的生活方式与思想文化观念，这也必然造成我国饮食文化的地域差异。通过对关中地区和黔东南地区饮食习惯的浅析，揭示地理环境差异对我国南北饮食文化差异的影响，为正确处理人类行为与地理环境之间的关系提供可行的方法，以期营造健康、和谐的饮食文化环境。

| Abstract: | China is a large country with different geographical environment and material conditions,which enable people in different places form different life styles and diet culture.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the influence of geographical envieonment upon dietectic culture on the basis of analysis on the dietectic customs differences of Guanzhong of Shanxi province and southeast of Guizhou province. |
