| 摘 要： | 我国许多出口企业在国际贸易中由于对付款方式、国际惯例和法规的不甚了解以及业务员业务水平不高等问题而导致在收复货款时遭到拒付,这一问题应引起出口企业的关注,必须加强业务人员的学习尤其熟练各种外贸风险管理的操作规程和相应法律,才能防止收汇货款损失。

| Abstract: | Gaining the membership of WTO,Chinese foreign trades have developed very quickly,but the problem of payment clearing has emerged.And non-payment has always occured for many foreign trade companies,because they are not familiar with the methods of payment,the international trade rules,and customs in target trade countries,along with the lack of trade knowledge.This paper analyses the problem of payment disorder from several common circumstances such as the letter of credit,bill of lading,and the collection of payment,in order to arouse trade companies' attention,and avoid the loss of payment. |
