| 摘 要： | 国内对教育公平问题的研究较多集中在宏观层面，而微观层面的研究相对薄弱。从微观透视教育公平，班级组建不能遵照起点公平原则、班级管理不能恪守程序公正原则、班级活动不能体现机会均等原则、学生评价不能实现结果公平原则等都反映出班级管理中的不公平。其产生原因既与学生个体和家庭的状况有关，更与班主任的素质密切相关，需要采取多方面综合入手的策略加以解决。
