| Abstract: | A Blueprint for Reform is released by the U.S. Department of Education in 2010. And it is an amendment in the process of implementing of No Child Left Behind Act in 2002. Meanwhile, the released of it have a complex political, economic and practical background. Based on analysis of the main content of it, we can see that emphasize equity , commitment to excellence, focused on academic achievement and advocate liability share are the main characteristics of A Blueprint for Reform. To a great degree, we can say that it has laid a ~lid foundation on the balanced development of elementary education in American. Meanwhile, it is of significance to the sustainable development of elementary education. |
