Abstract:With National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs issued,researchers are focusing on the positive interaction of schools and community again.Relationship between School and community is often generalized to Set-off Style,Compensation Style or Communication Style.The close contact cannot be ignored.Constructing the benign interaction relations between schools and community became necessary.The idea of educating in situation,open,full and with developing view will promote the positive interaction.Only by forming the resultant force can we succeed in developing school education.The theory and practice have already proved the feasibility.Measures can be adopted to promote the interaction,such as admitting community members to draft the SDP,managing the interaction effectively,building mechanisms to improve the management and decision.
