| 摘 要： | 用VAE乳液对聚氨酯(PU)乳液进行共混改性,研究了共混乳液的稳定性、相容性、初粘力和膜的力学性能等。结果表明,调整VAE乳液的pH值为弱碱性,再与PU乳液共混能得到稳定的乳液,两者显示一定的相容性;加入10%的VAE乳液能有效地提高PU的耐水性和初粘性。

| Abstract: | PU emulsion was modified by a series of VAE emulsion blending.Stability,initial adhesion,mechanical properties of films and compatibility of blending emulsion were studied.The results show that stability of the blending emulsion depends on weak-base VAE emulsion,the blending system is partially compatible,and the blending emulsion modified by 10% VAE emulsion has good mechanical properties,initial adhesion,and excellent water resistance. |
