| Abstract: | In this paper, the author presented an optimal control model for the swimming race, listed the prerequisite of the optimal solution, programmed calculating optimal solution by using Matlab software. Besides, solutions to some problems in section D of the 2003 China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest on Modeling were offered. |
