| 摘 要： | 本长沙民政策职业技术为对象对高职大学生的生涯规划状况进行了调查，结果表明，超过半数的高职大学生对生涯规划有所了解，在生涯规划时能从就业网站上获得职业介绍的内容和谋职技巧。但是，也有相当部分的高职大学生，尤其是应用科类的大学生，对本专业的学习不感兴趣，绝大部分学生都急需接受生涯规划指导。
