| 摘 要： | 本从电子商务的特点出发，分析总结了电子商务条件下，物流配送的特点，以及电子商务对商品配送提出的新要求。在此基础上，提出电子商务条件下，物流配送应实现的目标，并就如何实现这些目标，阐明了具体对策和措施。
