| 摘 要： | 今西安城是在唐皇城基础上筑建而成，但与唐皇城并不完全重合：西、南两个方向是利用原唐皇城城墙旧基，而东、北两个方向却分别向外拓展。其“拓城”工程实施于何时，说法不一。《明太祖实录》栽有明初耿炳文、濮英等“拓城”之事，现今多据此认为今城定型于明初，是为“明城”。而清嘉庆《成宁县志》据五代后周显德二年《永兴军牒》等文献记载，认为西安城自唐末天祜年间韩建筑“新城”时即“已越皇城而东，与今城无异”，即今城定型于唐末，是为“唐城”。本文对此两种说法及其依据作了较为深入的辨析。

| Abstract: | Today＇ s Xi＇ an city wall was built on the basis of Tang city wall, but it is not entirely overlapped with Tang city wall. The western and southern walls are based on the original Tang city wall, whereas the eastern and northern walls are extended further. It is not certain when the ＂city exten- sion＂ began. Real Account ofMing Taizu recorded the ＂city extension＂ project by Geng Bingwen and Pu Ying at the turn of the Ming Dynasty. Currently most people take it for granted that today＇ s Xi＇ an city wall is framed at the turn of the Ming Dynasty; therefore, it is called ＂the Ming City＂. However, Xi- arming County Chronicle recorded according to such bibliographies as Yongxing Military Documents published at the second year of Zhou Xiande after the five dynasties that today＇ s Xi＇ an city wall is a continuation of the Tang Dynasty city wall. That is to say, today＇ s city wall is framed at the end of the Tang Dynasty. Therefore, Xi＇ an city wall is ＂Tang Dynasty Wall＂. This paper makes a profound analy- sis of the two viewpoints and their respective evidence. |
