| Abstract: | Tongguan County is situated on the southern bank of the Yellow River in the east of Guanzhong. The dialect of Tongguan County belongs to Guanzhong area of central China mandarin Chinese. This paper objectively and carefully describes the phonetic system of the dialect of Cheng- guan Town of Tongguan County, which mainly includes： a） the initials, finals and tones of Tongguan Di- alect; b） the allograph syllabary of Tongguan Dialect. |
