| 摘 要： | biángbiang面秦人最喜爱的一种面食，“biáng”字。作为表达声音的字充分体现了秦人的强音特点，这个字由十个文化元素组成．包含了秦人秦地丰富的民俗文化内涵．向人们传达出秦人特有的文化信息，并承载着秦人的精神和品格。所以，biáng字就是秦人在秦地借助秦音创造出来的充分反映秦人性格品质的秦字。biángbiang面是遍布秦地独有的地方面食，具有十分丰富的文化内涵，biángbiang面应该作为非物质文化遗产保护起来。

| Abstract: | Biongbiang Noodle is a kind of Qin people＇ s favorite noodles. The character of＂biong＂as one with intonation fully demonstrates the characteristic of ictus of Qin people. This character is made up of ten cultural ele- ments, which includes the rich connotations of folk custom and culture in the Qin place and for Qin people. They all convey to people the peculiar cultural information of Qin people and carry the spirit and character of Qin peo- ple. Therefore, the character of biang is a Qin character which is created by Qin people in the Qin place by means of Qin intonation and which fully reflects the personality and character of Qin people.Biangbiang Noodle is a local pasta all over and peculiar to the Qin place with quite rich cultural connotations.Biangbiang Noodle should be pre- served as a non-material cultural heritage. |
