| 摘 要： | 从新制度经济学的角度看,家族制民办学校,是由同一家族中两名或两名以上的成员直接拥有并参与经营管理的学校,学校的控制权在家族内继承,学校的所有权和经营权全部集中在家族成员手中。家族制民办学校的比较优势是家族内部凝聚力在创业初发挥重大作用、家族内部信任降低经营风险、家长制提高了决策速度、家族制民办学校(教育公司)成长快、家族制民办学校(教育公司)可以实行经营多元化。家族制民办学校的主要问题是家长式管理不利于组织创新、任人唯亲不利于组织竞争、两权合一不利于规模扩张、股权集中不利于分担风险、独享收益权不利于激励非家族人员。家族制民办学校的改进关键是如何激励并约束职业校长(经理人)、如何激励与约束知识员工、如何分散经营风险、如何安置家族成员。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the privately-run or family-based schools in which one or two membersof the family are the immediate managers taking the whole possession.While it is positive that the private schools boast speedy policy making,and efficient kernel force,disadvantagesreveal that they are of no creativity or risk-reduction mechanisms due to monopoly. |
