| 摘 要： | 网络沉迷的特征包括沉迷耐受反应、强迫性网络使用、网络戒断反应、网络沉迷相关问题；网络沉迷对青少年的负面影响包括数字焦虑、自我异化、边缘性道德、网络犯罪与被害；对于青少年沉迷网络的预防与辅导策略包括提供替代性的活动经验、了解真正的使用需求、反思过度使用的影响、强化重要他人的网络素养与物理环境的监控。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of internet addiction include the tolerance of internet addictions, compulsory uses, withdrawals from the internet addiction, and other internet - addiction - related problems. Internet addiction exerts negative impacts on adolescence such as digital anxiety, alienation, internet crime and victims. The precaution and counseling strategies include alternative experiences of activity, realizing the needs and uses of internet, thinking of the impacts of the internet use, strengthening the internet skills and external monitoring. |
