大学科层制管理中的冲突与调适

摘    要:科层制是目前及今后较长时期内我国大学的基本管理模式,其存在的合理性源自于大学组织自身的日益复杂化、社会干预的增加及社会组织科层化的总体趋势。但是,科层制的组织属性与大学的组织属性在组织理念、组织目标及目标的实现形式、组织权力结构上存在冲突。大学科层制管理模式要实现良好的运转就需要回归大学本身,回归科层制本身,对这些冲突进行有针对性的协调。

Abstract:Hierarchical management system is and will be the basic management pattern in Chinese universi- ties in a relatively long period. The rationality of its existence comes from the growing complexity of universi- ties themselves, the increase of social intervention and the bureaucratization of all the social organizations. But there are conflicts between the organizational attributes of bureaucracy and those of the university in organiza- tion concept, organization goal and the ways to achieve the goals. If we want to make the hierarchical manage- ment pattern work well, we should realize coordination among the conflicts by returning to university and bureaucracy themselves.
