| 摘 要： | 从新制度经济学理论中路径依赖的视角来看,我国农民政治参与变迁缓慢,缺乏创新。政治的发展是个多方互动博弈的过程,在政治参与过程中,有中央与地方基层政府之间拉锯式的博弈,也有基层政府与农民之间的较量没有农民的政治参与,就不会有整个国家的政治发展。建设社会主义和谐社会的重要举措就是突破路径依赖,进行创新,激发农民的政治活力
