| 摘 要： | 全面推进素质教育,是高等学校人才培养的一项紧迫任务。提高学生人文素质,写作课教师是责无旁贷的。要把选修课与必修课结合起来,构建学生的知识结构;把课堂教学与竞赛、社团活动结合起来,营造校园文化,提高学生综合素质;以公务员申论考试为切入点,提高学生实用写作水平。同时,改革教学方法和手段,最终达到全面提高学生人文素质的目的。

| Abstract: | To enhance the quality education is the urgent task for institutions of hither education to train talents, and it is duty-bound for writing teachers to promote students' cultural quality. With the purpose of achieving the overall improvement of students' cultural quality, the following things should be done. First, combine elective courses with compulsory courses to build the knowledge structure; second, combine classroom instruction with competitions and social activities to create campus culture and promote students' comprehensive quality; third, start with the civil service examination to improve their writing ability; last, conduct the reform of teaching methods. |
