教研型大学教师的教学现状与教学发展研究——以A大学为例

摘    要:从教学观念、教学实践和教学成长3个方面对教师的教学现状进行考察,发现影响教师教学能力的主要因素为教学态度、教学知识和教学效果等。要促进教研型大学教师的教学发展,需针对不同类型教师制订科学合理的教学发展培养体系;精心设计教学过程;发挥政策的导向作用,进一步完善教师考核体系、职称评定制度和课堂教学质量评价制度,创设良好的教学文化氛围。

Abstract:An investigation of the teaching situation in terms of teaching perception,teaching practice and teaching development shows that the major factors affecting teaching ability are attitude toward teaching,teaching knowledge and teaching effects.In order to promote teaching development in the teaching research university,a scientific system of teaching development should be established by taking different teachers into account,teaching process should be elaborately designed,and policies should act as guidelines to further improve the teacher-evaluating system,the professional-title-determining system and the classroom-teaching-evaluating system,thus creating a good teaching culture.
