| 摘 要： | 针对高校资产使用效率低下的现实，建立了资产管理绩效评价指标体系，并构建了评价模型。通过该模型可以对不同院系部资产管理绩效做出评价，以期达到有效配置校内资产资源的目标。 |

| Abstract: | An index system of performance appraisal on capital management is built according to the ineffective use of these capitals in Chinese colleges and universities.A proper model of performance appraisal on capital management is built to compare different efficiencies among different departments.It can promote an effective allocation of asset resources in colleges and universities utilizing the above index system and the above model. |
