| 摘 要： | 地方高校绝大多数教师对研究性教学持认同态度,认识到研究性教学的重要性。地方高校要推进研究性教学必须重视教师队伍建设,提高教师研究性教学能力;加强管理,改善教学资源,确保研究性教学顺利进行。研究性教学过程中的各种因素均需适当考虑,但教学资源和学校管理更值得关注。

| Abstract: | Researching teaching is very important,which is admitted by local colleges and universities.In order to carry researching teaching forward,much attention should be paid to the construction of teacher group.Meanwhile,it is imperative for colleges and universities to strengthen management and provide more and better teaching resources.All in all,every factor had better be taken into account,especially teaching resources and management. |
