| 摘 要： | 摘要：科技期刊初审编辑与论文的关系好比“伯乐”与“千里马”的关系。从编辑自身、稿件、审稿人、作者四个方面论述了编辑在初审中的作用，认为提高编辑自身素质、发挥主观能动性、善用审稿人、善待作者是发挥编辑“伯乐”作用的重要途径、方法。

The importance of the editors in preliminary examination is closely related to editors themselves, academic papers, peer reviewers and authors. As an editor, he should promote the self - quality on editing, give play to his subjective initiative, make the best use of peer reviewers and be kind to authors. |
