| 摘 要： | 新型农村社会养老保险制度是与政府为解决农民养老问题所进行的一次有益探索。经过多年试点,新型农村社会养老保险制度为广大农民群体实现"老有所养"发挥了重要作用,但在运行过程中也存在一些难题。文章从制度评估、制度运行机制存在的问题和制度的未来发展方向三个方面对近年来来新型农村社会养老保险制度研究的文献进行梳理,在综合评述的基础上提出了值得进一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | The new rural endowment insurance system is a useful exploration for the government to solve the prob- lem of farmers＇ pension. After years pilot, the new rural endowment insurance system plays an important part for the broad masses of farmers to realize a better elderly life, but some problems also exist. This paper combs the liter- ature on the research of the new rural endowment insurance system from the way to system evaluation, problems ex- isting in the system operation mechanism and the development direction of the system, and then puts forward issues worthy of further research based on the comprehensive review. |
