论教师角色社会化

摘    要:我国当前正处于急剧的社会转型时期,人们对教师这一角色产生了多种角色期望,使教师承担的角色趋向多元化,并由此加剧教师角色冲突,因此教师要顺应潮流,不断充实自己,努力实现角色社会化。教师角色社会化是一个受多种因素影响、曲折复杂、逐步深化、动态发展的过程。强化教师角色意识、培养教师角色情感、内化教师角色规范、升华教师角色技能,以保障教师角色社会化的顺利实施。

Abstract:Nowadays,China is in the period of social transformation,people give many definitions to teacher roles,resulting in diversification of teacher roles.Teachers should follow the steps of the age,enrich their knowledge and realize role socialization.The socialization is a dynamic and gradual process affected by many factors.Many measures should be taken into account to help teachers with role socialization: to strengthen the role consciousness,to cultivate the role feeling,to absorb the role behavior criteria ...
