| 摘 要： | 我国当前正处于急剧的社会转型时期,人们对教师这一角色产生了多种角色期望,使教师承担的角色趋向多元化,并由此加剧教师角色冲突,因此教师要顺应潮流,不断充实自己,努力实现角色社会化。教师角色社会化是一个受多种因素影响、曲折复杂、逐步深化、动态发展的过程。强化教师角色意识、培养教师角色情感、内化教师角色规范、升华教师角色技能,以保障教师角色社会化的顺利实施。
