| 摘 要： | 根据新形势下对实验室建设的要求,结合各地方本科高校实验教学运行现状,对实验教学运行模式的改革进行分析与探索.提出组建专职实验教师队伍、建立量化考核模式和激励机制、改革传统教学模式、整合实验教学资源,建立中心实验室和实验中心、加快实验管理建设步伐,强化实验室环境与安全管理等方案,旨在完善和强化实践教学环节,建立科学严谨的实验教学运行体系,培养高素质的应用型人才.

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of lab construction today,combined with current situations of different local colleges,it provides some good advice for experimental teaching reform on the training of applied talents: to provide full-time experimental teachers;to set up a good system on evaluation and stimulation,to reform traditional teaching model,to regulate experimental teaching resources,to build central labs,to strengthen management of labs,to emphasize a safe space. |
