| Abstract: | The development of rural towns will give great impetus to the development of rural economy and society. To develop rural towns is a systematic engineering. During building rural town up some relations should be coordinated as follows: the relation among development of towns and that of agriculture and rural economy; The relation between quality and measure in the development of the towns; the relation between economy construction and culture building,the relation between leadership of the local government and the participation of the masses in the development of township, etc. |
