| 摘 要： | 海量学习资源的存储和管理,使用者对资源的快速定位访问,资源中心的各分中心之间的资源交换,需要一套既符合国际和国家相关元数据标准,又符合资源中心实际需要的元数据应用方案.在调研和比较国内外应用较广的多种元数据标准后,资源中心采用了GB/T21365-2008和IEEE LOM标准相结合、同时根据需要进行元数据项扩展的元数据标准体系,并据此在资源的描述、管理、定位、目录的生成、更多的检索途径、元数据转换和收割等方画进行了功能实现和应用.
