| 摘 要： | 本文在青海湟中县调研的基础上,结合农村义务教育"以县为主"管理体制的弊端和现有农村教育信息化管理体制不健全等现状,认为建立"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系是当务之急,据此提出了建立"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系的思考,并构建了"县乡互补"的农村教育信息化管理体系.
