| 摘 要： | 校企合作办学是高等职业教育与生产劳动相结合的拓展和延伸。校企合作办学不仅有利于解决校企之间的人才供需矛盾，准确定位人才培养的目标、质量规格，而且对改善高职院校办学条件，形成高职办学特色等有着重要作用。实现校企合作办学，必须积极创造条件，建立高职院校校企合作办学良好的运行机制；实现校企合作办学需要建立通畅的合作渠道，构建“共享、双赢”的机制与模式。

| Abstract: | Cooperating with enterprises so as to contribute to education is the extension of combining higher vocational education with production. It not only benefits to remove the contradiction between the training in schools and the demand of enterprises, adjust the aim of training students and the criteria of quality, but also shows an important role in forming the characteristics of higher vocational education. To realize it, we must create opportunities to cooperate with enterprises on the basis of a good operating system. We also need to set up a smooth way to cooperate with a system or a mode of mutual benefiting. |
