| 摘 要： | 高校体育教育是高校教育体系中重要的组成部分。本文分析了我国高校体育师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,如师资队伍结构不够合理、科研水平偏低及教学手段单一等;同时,针对存在的问题从重视科研、人才引进、规范管理及竞争机制等方面提出了解决问题的对策。
