| 摘 要： | 当今,全球气候变暖,环境日趋恶劣,与能源问题相关联的温室气体排放以及低碳能源的开发被提到了议事日程上来,环境保护成为G8成员越来越关注的问题。文章详细阐述了新疆低碳能源发展的相关问题,以及影响新疆低碳能源发展的因素与存在的问题,提出低碳经济这一概念。进而预测低碳经济发展的趋势,并据此提出了新疆低碳经济发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the global climate is becoming warm,and the environment is going worse,the emission of greenhouse gas related to energy problems and the development of low carbon energy are on up,members of G8 are gradually concerned with the protect of our environment.This text details the related problems of low carbon energy and analyzes factors and existed problems influencing the development of low carbon energy in Xinjiang,and poses the idea of low carbon economic.Furthermore,it forecasts the trend of development of low carbon economy in Xinjiang.On the basis of this,it poses countermeasures and advances on the development of low carbon economy in Xinjiang. |
