| 摘 要： | 高职教育必须走“就业导向、校企合作”的人才培养之路。校企深度合作要求高职院校和企业全方位地进行合作。在分析了校企深度合作实质内涵的基础上。结合新疆高职院校校企合作的实际状况，对新疆高职教育如何推进校企深度合作进行了探讨。
