| 摘 要： | 通过对2003年和2004年陕西省高等职业教育单独招生统一考试应用写作试题、食品营养与卫生试题,以及《考试说明》中提供的2005年应用写作、食品营养与卫生的考试样题的分析研究,认为陕西省高职单招专业课命题亟待改进,应当根据“三校生”的培养方向和教学特点加大对实验和应用能力的考查。

| Abstract: | By making detailed analysis of practical writing,food nutrition and hygiene in the entrance examination of independent of higher vocational education of Shanxi province in 2003 and 2004 and also by conducting research into the samples of practical writing,food nutrition and hygiene provided in the examination instructions in 2005,the author of this paper thinks that examination design of specialized courses in the independent enrollment of Shanxi higher vocational education demands urgent improvement.Meanwhile,the author suggests that Shanxi higher vocational institutions should strengthen testing students' ability to conduct experiment and do actual work in view of the cultivation direction and teaching characteristics of "three school catch". |
