| 摘 要： | 提高老年人的生活质量,为其创造健康、参与、安全的最佳机遇,实施积极应对人口老龄化战略,是世界卫生组织提出的重要理念,老年教育是积极应对人口老龄化的重要途径。随着机构养老的不断发展,养老机构将成为老年教育的重要阵地。基于积极老龄化的背景,通过问卷调查和访谈,对养老机构中老年教育的现状进行调研,了解机构中养教结合的情况和老年人的学习需求,分析不同性别、年龄、文化程度、生活水平、职业经历的老年群体参与老年教育的差异,提出建立机制、研发体系、变通方式和特性办学的对策建议,以期为推动老年教育改革与发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | It is an important concept proposed by the World Health Organization to improve the quality of life of the elderly,and create the best opportunities for health,participation and safety for them,and implement the strategy of actively responding to the aging of the population.Elderly education is an important way to actively respond to the aging of the population.With the continuous development of institutional elderly care,elderly institutions will become an important position for elderly education.Under the background of active aging,by means of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of elderly education in elderly care institutions to learn about the combination of nursing with education and the demand of the elderly for learning,analyzes the differences in the participation of elderly groups of different genders,ages,education levels,living standards,and professional experiences in participating in elderly education,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions regarding establishing mechanism,researching system,diversifying modes and running a school with special characteristics in order to provide references for promoting the reform and development of elderly education. |
