| 摘 要： | 近年来，成人高等教育生源不断萎缩，成人高等教育的生存与发展将受到新的严峻的挑战。本文对当前成人高等教育生源萎缩的原因进行了分析并对成人高等教育如何面对当前形式以及如何开展今后的工作提出了相应的应对策略。
