教育叙事:走向教学实践的教师培训课堂策略

摘    要:教育理论与教育实践之间架起对话平台是实现教师培训课堂"理论实践化"和"实践理论化"的有效途径.教育叙事的过程就是以当前的教育理念回溯已经历的教育教学实践,同时利用自己的教育教学经历来理解、内化先进的教育理论的过程.教育叙事能否使教师培训课堂"理论实践化"和"实践理论化",关键在于教师培训者能否发挥自己应有的作用.

Abstract:The connection between educational theory and educational practice is the effective channel to realize "Practical Theory" and "Theoretical Practice " in teachers' training.The course of educational narration is the education teaching practice that recalls what have gone through with current educational concepts,understand and absorb advanced educational theories at the same time using our own educational teaching experiences.Whether the aim can be achieved in educational narration depends on whether the trainees can play their roles.
